Materials: 80% Polyester, 20% Spandex

Rashguards are primarily engineered using a synthetic blend designed for durability, moisture management, and flexibility.

• Polyester: The primary base material. It provides high durability, is resistant to shrinking, and is excellent at wicking moisture away from the skin.

• Spandex (Lycra/Elastane): Usually blended at 10%–20%. This provides the necessary four-way stretch, allowing the garment to fit snugly like a second skin without restricting movement.

• Nylon: Often used as an alternative or additive to increase softness and provide a more premium, smooth feel against the skin.

Washing

• Rinse Immediately: After training, rinse your rashguard in cold water to remove sweat and bacteria.

• Machine Wash: Use a cold, gentle cycle. Avoid hot water as it can damage the elastic fibers.

• Mild Detergent: Use a gentle detergent. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners, which can break down the material.

Drying

• Air Dry Only: Hang or lay flat to dry. Do not use a dryer, as high heat will cause the spandex to lose its elasticity and shrink.

• Avoid Sunlight: Keep out of direct sunlight while drying to prevent color fading.

General Maintenance

• Avoid Velcro: Keep away from abrasive surfaces like velcro (often found on boxing gloves or shorts) to prevent pilling and snags.

• Do Not Iron: Synthetic materials like polyester and spandex can melt or warp under an iron.

5. Damages

BJJ Essential is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, customer satisfaction is our priority.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and notify us at support@bjjessential.com so we can assist you.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to resend the package.
